Italian White Beans

Need a quick side-dish? Italian White Beans are a snap to make.
One-half cup of white beans contain about 96 mg of calcium. Beans also contain zinc and iron.

2 cloves minced garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped basil
Pinch each of salt and pepper
2 15-ounce cans Great Northern Beans, drained

1.) Heat olive oil on medium, add minced garlic, stir for one minute.

2) Add the chopped basil, salt, and pepper.

3) Mix in the drained beans and heat.
