I'm curious, did you leave the food wrapped, in the box, in the bag, or just sitting out?
***
The food was left in it's original Happy Meal box. I set the Happy Meal on my shelf in my office. It is still sitting there. Nonna Joann

I'm in Australia, where we're also plagued with McD's. I was driving down the freeway the other day and pulled into a rest stop, with the usual fuel station, McDonalds outlet, Kentucy Fried Chicken, etc... and miracle of miracles, this place! http://www.oliversrealfood.com.au/
It was set up like a fast food outlet, but serving all organic wholefoods. I walked straight past McD's and bought myself sushi and carrot and celery sticks with 4 different healthy dips. I really hope these pop up all over the place soon! Just what we need.

Jen/MommyofMary - There is indeed a fast food restaurant that serves edamame, steamed brown rice, and tofu. It's called Pei Wei, part of the P.F. Chang chain/corporation. We eat there fairly often. (more often than I care to admit). I can't attest to how healthy it actually it; it's fairly high in fat and sodium.

Hi there,
I am thinking, what might MC's and Don's say, who love McD meals,
one might say, that the food is pure like hard alcohol, which does also not go bad.
This is though the only "excuse" I could think of and this does not justify letting children to eat Happy Meal or drink alcohol - adults could deal with it, but both are dangerous even in small amounts (this meal does not seem small, maybe in Estonia, where I live those are a little smaller :)
Thank You for the experiment, I am 23 and now sure not to give alcohol or Mc-alcohol to my children, once I have my own.
Greetings form Europe
