I just want to mention that what you said about the yolk having all the vitamins is completely right. Nature intended it that way because you need the fat to absorb many of the nutrients. Without saturated fat in your diet you can&#039;t absorb calcium. Skim milk doesn&#039;t have much for vitamins either, the nutrients are in the butterfat. They add them back in before they put it in the grocery store, but it&#039;s much better to get it naturally, I think.</description>
