I have an almost 3 year old with a lot of health issues ( reflux, food and environmental allergies, sinus trouble, asthma), who also is a picky eater. A lot of it is bad habits I have allowed, but I do serve mainly organic everything. It is the vagrysnle and fruits I cannot enforce. He refuses to even try any new food. I started giving him apple cider vinegar, although I have read elsewhere it can be damaging. I don't really know how much or in what capacity to give it. I'm feeling a liitle desparate after taking him off reflux and most allergy meds. I will purchase the book to help with his eating. I need a lot of help to get him healthy.

Dana, With health concerns, you should consult your healthcare professional. In my research a problem may result when people DON"T dilute ACV, because it is acidic it can affect the teeth and esophagus. Another difficulty may be if a person is allergic to apples. For children, I've read the dosage is 1 teaspoon ACV and 1 teaspoon honey in a glass of water (4 ounces). For a 3 year-old, you may want to begin with 1/2 teaspoon of ACV and honey. Be sure to purchase organic, raw ACV (Braggs and Spectrum are two brands that I'm familiar with) and honey (never give honey to a child under one). Getting him to eat veggies and fruit is vital for his health. I know the Baby Bite steps will give you the tools you need to transform your picky eater. Blessings, Nonna Joann.
