Marlo: Kefer drink is a whole food with natural probiotics. Your digestive track is like a garden. You feed the &quot;good bacteria&quot; with whole foods, produce, and naturally fermented foods. The &quot;bad bacteria&quot; is fed with white flour, sugar, etc. The problem with Kefer and fruited yogurts is the added sugars. While the probiotics are feeding the good bacteria, the sugars are feeding the bad. Not  much improvement!
