		<description>I was so excited to see this post. I knew the answer because just last week I bought some coconut water. When I read the nutrition i told my husband I was going to buy this from now on when the kids are sick. Usually I buy young coconuts So I never really knew the nutritional value of them, but I&#039;m guessing that they&#039;re not in season right now.</description>
