GOOT: Garlic Oil Ointment Effective Remedy for Colds and Flu
Cold and flu season is in full swing. Viruses don’t care if it is the holidays or not. There is nothing more disappointing than missing a holiday gathering because you or your kids are sick.
I’m always on the lookout for effective home remedies. Especially with doctors over-prescribing antibiotics, parents need effective home remedies. I recently came across this Garlic Oil Ointment (GOOT). GOOT is an effective way to combat the flu and colds by direct application. It is a natural antibiotic, antifungal and antimicrobial ointment. Best of all, it’s NOT expensive.
GOOT also kills Candida, parasites, bad bacteria (without harming the good bacteria) and viruses. GOOT treats systemic infections by absorption through the skin into the blood supply and travels throughout the body.
There’s nothing more disturbing than seeing your precious baby sick with the flu.
GOOT Is safe for children and even infants. Apply every couple of hours on the feet of children, infants and adults to fight infections. Rub on chest for chest colds, pneumonia or rub into nostrils for sinus infections. (The chest and nostrils may not be the best place to apply GOOT for infants and toddlers. It’s recommended that you rub it on the soles of their feet.). Dab GOOT on a cotton swab and place in the ear for infections. You can apply GOOT directly to sores inside the mouth. Rub on Athlete’s foot or genital area for jock itch. Insert GOOT into affected area for yeast or other related infections. Apply on any rashes, any place.
You’re going to use equal parts of coconut oil, olive oil and garlic. Most blenders need about a cup to blend properly. If you want to make a smaller batch of GOOT, try passing the garlic through a garlic press first. I tried my coffee grinder and it wasn’t very effective.
1. Warm 3 tablespoons of coconut oil on the stove until melted and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
2. Remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons of fresh chopped garlic. Mix in your blender at slow speed, then at high speed for two minutes.
3. Pour mixture through a screen or strainer to remove chunks of garlic, which the blender may have missed. Pour into a wide mouth jar and label it “GOOT.” Be sure to date it as well. Keep in a the refrigerator. GOOT turns into a thick soft paste after 1 hour.
After two weeks, make a new batch of GOOT.
NOTE: You may add 2 dropper-fulls of oregano oil (and mix well) and several drops (depending on amount) of GSE (grapefruit seed extract) for extra strength and effectiveness before refrigeration.
